Self Catering Holiday Cottage in Pitlochry Perthshire
Kinnaird Garden Cottage is a spacious two bedroom cottage that enjoys panoramic views over Pitlochry in the central highlands of Scotland. We have the perfect location for a relaxing self catering holiday or short break in Perthshire. It is equally suited to those wanting to take advantage outdoor pursuits, of which there are many in the area including golf, walking, rafting and fishing.
If you are looking for a spa break, we also offer health and beauty treatments at our local well being centre beauty and wellbeing .
For those looking for a base from which to explore both Perthshire and beyond, Pitlochry is the ideal central location from which to travel. Inverness, St Andrews, the Whisky Trail, Glasgow and Edinburgh, Oban, Fort William, and Stirling are all day trips that you can enjoy from here.
Kinnaird Garden Cottage forms the west wing of Kinnaird House, a substantial Victorian property(also available to let) that enjoys a fine westerly outlook over fields to Pitlochry Golf Course and hills and mountains in the distance. This peaceful location is enjoyed by all who visit our beautiful area of Perthshire in the centre of Scotland.
The Cottage, although traditional in build, marries the old with the new. The bright contemporary interior has two spacious reception rooms, both with large windows overlooking our wonderful views. There is also a kitchen, shower room and entrance porch on the ground floor whilst there are two bedrooms upstairs, sleeping 4 in comfort. Outside there is a garden and elevated patio with outside furniture and gas BBQ in the summer months. Nature lovers will enjoy the abundant wildlife – we regularly see an endless number of bird species, red squirrel and deer right on our doorstep.
We offer weekly stays all year round and short breaks are available October to June inclusive.
We welcome non-smokers only and, much as we love them, we cannot accommodate pets.
