Self Catering Accommodation @ Kinnaird Holiday Cottage
Kinnaird Garden Cottage is a self catering holiday cottage on two levels – it features the following:
Spacious Lounge with two large windows allowing in plentiful natural light to this terracotta and gold room. Two over-sized and very comfortable sofas, laminate flooring, wooden blinds, flowing drapes and rich fabric cushions make this a most comfortable room.
You will also find an electric flame effect fire in addition to the central heating, a radio and CD player, Colour TV, Video and DVD player and a large selection of videos, CD’s, DVD’s, books and games to keep you occupied.
Separate Dining Room/Extra Sitting Room, again with a large west facing window. This room is dual purpose and has a seating area with portable TV and also an area for dining. It has a large family table and four comfortable dining chairs.
Kitchen – this room is small but has all the things that you will need for cooking on your self catering holiday. It is well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, steamer, pots and pans and utensils. We also supply all cleaning materials, including washing up liquid, sponges, brushes, cloths, tea towels, hand wash etc., in addition to bin bags, tin foil and cling film. You will also find a four ring electric cooker with oven and grill, microwave, larder fridge, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. If you need a break maker whilst here then please just ask as we can let you borrow ours!
The other room downstairs is the shower room with wash hand basin and toilet. We provide large bath sheets and hand towels for all in your party in addition to a shower mat, hand soap, supply of toilet roll and a small selection of toiletries.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms – one double and one twin. The double is east facing and enjoys morning sunshine. The twin is west facing and enjoys the evening sun. All beds are made up for your arrival with fresh bed linen.
Outside Kinnaird Garden Cottage there is an elevated patio (accessed by steps) which enjoys the most panoramic views of any property you will find in the area. We have provided outside furniture and a gas BBQ for you to use for some al fresco dining. There is also a garden for children to enjoy and there is parking for one car right outside the entrance porch to the cottage and additional safe parking is available if needed. We also have a washing machine which is accessible 24hrs and is free to use and an outdoor line.
Some useful information about the cottage:
- 100 units of Electricity is included in the rental
- Central heating is guaranteed to be on October to May inclusive (unless it is very hot and we will adjust accordingly). If it is un-seasonally cold outside of these months then the heating will come on automatically.
- All bed linen is provided and beds are made up for your arrival
- Bath and hand towels are provided.
- All cleaning materials are included so you won’t need to bring these.
- Free use of washing machine
- Spacious garden with panoramic views
- Friday to Friday changeover days with short breaks available Oct – Jun inclusive.
- Children welcome.
- Sorry no pets.
