Kinnaird House can be let with any of our other properties if you need single bed spaces

(or a bed per person) If your total party size does not exceed 12 persons.

* CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. If you wish to take Christmas and New year into one break a minimum charge of £3990 applies for up to 10 days rental - any day to any day.

* CHRISTMAS - Any day start but you must be vacated by 27 December.

* NEW YEAR - Earliest start day 28 December.

Included in the rental price tariff below are:

high quality fresh bed linen (made up for your arrival)

large bath sheets

all cleaning materials, kitchen essentials, soap and bathroom extras.

Other useful information:

£500 deposit secures your reservation (£1000 for Christmas or New Year)

Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival along with £500 Good Housekeeping Deposit. GHD will be returned after departure, less any heating/light costs, extra cleaning requirements or breakages / damage to property.

Electricity and Oil are charged as used, at cost to us, by meter readings.
